Join me in a series of beer dinners with Boscos Brewing Co. in Memphis on April 30 and in Nashville on May 1. On April 30, at 3:45 PM CST, Boscos brewer Chuck Skypeck and I will talk with Kacky Walton at WKNO, the Memphis NPR radio station. I'll also be doing cooking demonstrations at the TAP NY Festival at the gorgeous Hunter Mountain Resort in the Catskills, on April 26-27, 2008.

In March 2008, I was the guest of Clipper City Brewing Co. and Chef Ian Morrison at the Royal Mile Pub in Wheaton, MD - the chef was recently written up in the Washington Post City Guide - a terrific review and Editor's Pick!

Listen to Craft Beer Radio's coverage of a special chocolate and beer tasting I conducted with the help of local pastry chef, Adrienne Lee, at the Great American Beer Festival. The tasting featured recipes from the new cookbook with samples of Kona Brewing Co.'s Pipeline Porter, Rogue Ales Chocolate Stout and New Glarus Brewing Co's Wisconsin Belgian Red Cherry Ale and the Bourbon Barrel Bock from brewer Dan Carey's "Unplugged" series.
